By accessing and using VidPipe ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

VidPipe is a developer-focused gateway API that simplifies TikTok video uploads by providing:

• OAuth authentication assistance for TikTok
• Video upload API endpoints
• Token management and refresh services

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not upload content that violates copyright, privacy, or other rights
• Respect rate limits and usage restrictions
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures

4. Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload through VidPipe. We do not:

• Monitor, review, or approve content before upload
• Store your videos or personal content
• Have control over how TikTok processes your content

5. Privacy and Data

We do not store your access tokens, videos, or personal data. All uploads are processed in memory and not persisted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Rate Limits and Usage

Current limits include:

• One video upload every 30 seconds per IP address
• Maximum file size of 500MB per upload

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

VidPipe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Third-Party Services

VidPipe integrates with TikTok's API. Your use is also subject to TikTok's terms and policies.
