By accessing or using VidPipe, operated by Pride.Direct GmbH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VidPipe allows you to schedule and automatically upload videos to your TikTok account. You upload a video file, set a scheduled time, and VidPipe publishes it on your behalf via the TikTok API.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations
• Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not upload content that is infringing, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Keep your TikTok account credentials secure

4. Content

You are solely responsible for all content you upload through VidPipe. We do not review, endorse, or assume liability for user-uploaded content.

5. Privacy

Your use of VidPipe is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Pride.Direct GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Third-Party Services

VidPipe integrates with TikTok's API. Your use of TikTok features is subject to TikTok's own terms and policies.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.
